N-(1,3-Dimethylbutyl)-N'-phenyl-p-phenylenediamine

Appearance:

Grayish brown to dark brown particles. Melting point 40-45 ℃. When the temperature exceeds 35-40 ℃, it will slowly agglomerate.

Soluble in benzene, acetone, ethyl acetate, dichloroethane, toluene, insoluble in water. Color darkens when exposed to air. Toxic.

Loss on drying: ≤ 0.50%

Ash content: ≤ 0.15%

Application:

Anti ozone agents and antioxidants used in natural rubber and synthetic rubber have excellent protection against ozone cracking and Flexing Fatigue aging, and also have good protection against heat, oxygen, copper, manganese and other harmful metals.
