Calcium acetate

White acicular crystal, soluble in water and inorganic acid, slightly soluble in ethanol, used in acetone, acetic acid, polyester industry.

Application:

It is used as food stabilizer, corrosion inhibitor and acetate synthesis

It can be used as analytical reagent and food calcium fortifier, and its absorption effect is better than inorganic calcium.

It can be used as chelating agent, mould inhibitor, stabilizer, buffer, fragrance enhancer, preservative, solidifying agent, nutrition enhancer, pH value regulator and processing aid.
